Unlike the review below, we were fortunate that we had no problem with our unit.
It is exactly three years ago we bought our machine and we have not looked back. The machine was purchased as we spend $ 40-50 a week at Starbucks. Now we use organic milk and beans to make our own latte at home.
The machine is very easy to use. There are several tools for grinding and the dose of coffee. I thought the max dose and the change of grinding, depending on the beans I use. The machine offers three sizes of coffee, depending on what you want. The steam wand works well, but can not be used after the dosage of coffee is finished. It takes 15-25sec for the steam to start. . steam. The cappuchinore on my machine does not work, but I just tried to use it after we had the machine for 2 years so I’m not too bothered. I also not directly connected to my reverse osmosis system. So I have not had to scale and may never need.
Another useful feature is the washing machine, where hot water runs through are for 10 minutes. After you arrive at how “Dirt” has been cleaned to see. Very good:)

Very disappointing. We were convinced of the positive opinion of many others, we went after much research and ordered this espresso machine. has happened, does not work (electrical problem) and the customer friendly person Saeco told us that we simply return. This is our second attempt with a product Saeco and we now have this mark. The first attempt was refurbished machine that never worked, despite the fact that we went the extra mile and has returned to the factory for the Saeco back in the same unusable state. The Saeco Royal Professional 21103 has been our second attempt, this time we got a completely new machine. The result was the same: a machine that does not even begin to work.
Thank heaven the Amazon and its political comeback. Save yourself the trouble and give this topic.

This coffee maker makes excellent coffee and is capable of fast enough for 25 workers safisfy thirsty! The milk steamer is too fast and effective!

We have our Royal Association since August 2008. If it works, it works very well. For us, we are only 2-3 capppucinos / Lattes a day, so you do not run right that day, inexplicably (), it is boring. Saeco no explanation for the cause of the problem, because apparently the repair or replacement parts every time. However, the point of buying a machine for $ 1.400 + automatic which should be reliably 2-3 cups of coffee – or the inconvenience of missing for weeks at a time while repairs are unacceptable. Saeco is now offering the device to replace, but with the negative comments about their products, I am disappointed and exhausted by the brand. This machine makes good espresso and cappuccino. In terms of automatic machines, the price is much more reasonable than that of the Jura. The price of $ 6500 on Jura X9 is that of a commercial machine. This will do until I Faema E61 or Saeco Prestige Semi-automatic with a 2-mill Mahlkönig groupers. I doubt my machine will be a commercial espresso or cappuccino better, but I think a manual machine has fewer maintenance problems and I have more control over the milk foam. However, the Saeco steam wand does offer the manual as well as its cappuccitore (skimmer milk) and both work well. I also like the energy saving feature of the Saeco, because I prefer not to turn off the machine. I also like the cup warmer. The menu is easy to use and the various options and diagnostics are useful.
